Taking an interdisciplinary and critical approach, Equity as Praxis in Early Childhood Education and Care aims to reconceptualize the early years field in Ontario, and Canada at large, by rethinking dominant discourses on diversity and inclusion and challenging inequitable norms that affect children, their families, and the educators and practitioners who work with them.
